Car description

TRUE BARN FIND! Ladies and gentlemen, I have a rare piece of history up for sale, it's a 1956 lincoln mark 11 43,000 original miles this car is unmolested....it's not been started in over 6 years, I've owned it for 15 yrs, the exterior: the car is cream in color brandishing the correct wheel covers which are in great shape, has decent tires on it full of tread life, this is not a number 1 car but it's so rare ...I've done my due diligence on this car... it's missing 3 trim pieces that I've yet to locate, the pieces that going along the bottom of the vehicle, has drivers but passenger side is missing and the two the go underneath the quarters. THATS IT! It's all there after that folks... the left fender has quarter sized dent a small pole fell on it, denting and chipping away the paint leaving small rust cookie, it needs paint in my opinion but I didn't want to disturb its antiquity and offer it for sale in the raw. It's been my experience they sell better no wondering what's underneath the shine....getting back, the grille is perfect no teeth missing, shines good front bumper can use rechrome but good as it sits, amber light lenses aren't cracked the body is arrow straight looks like the driver door was binding at some point ( see paint chips where door fender meet) but it's not anymore doesn't drop down from a bad hinge closes like a vault, both doors actually...pot metal in great shape bezels have slight pitting, looks like the rt side had some minor repair at some point, I see paint chips on rocker but rocker appears to be fine.trim laying flat on both front and rear windshields, no rotting if any kind underneath, trunk lid is straight and complete with its allied trim pieces the interior: its real green in color dash pad is turning up from it being leather and now dried out ... ( only on rt side) left still looks nice headliner perfect door panels the same seat in good shape appearance wise? But they too are dry with seams giving way in driver seat engine bay: inner fenders free from rust firewall has paint peeling but no rot, engine is a number matching 368 cid 285 horsepower not frozen you can turn crank by hand easil, has turbo drive trans. buy with confidence I sell all my cars complete and unmolested I'm 100% bc I tell you everything abt the cars and it reflects in my feedback thanks for looking at my auction....I reserve the right to end suction early for serious customers
