1987 Land Rover Defender 110 200 tdi

Mileage : Unknown, cluster replaced

We just importslws this defender 110 from Africa. It was there since new in a very dry climate never challenged by the element other than the sun and heat, sand and mud. The Undercarriage is spectacular for a unrestored 198, frames are solid, no rot or rust.

We have never seen an original untouched unit like this. It needs TLC as parts were seldom available in that area where it spent it's life but it managed to get through pretty well. It was originally a green vehicle when new. It was painted once in the current green. You can still see the original green finish inside the vehicle and all underneath the vehicle.

The cluster was replaced for something aftermarket. The dash was covered with a vinyl cover. The seats are factory 1987. They are decent, vintage looking...

The paint is decent, shiny and presentable. The wheels are very nice. Tires are weak. It will need to be refurbished and serviced to be driven. It would.make a beautifully used vintage style defender with lots of charm.

The stalk on the steering column was removed and replaced with individual switches adapted to the vehicle. This vehicle is a great fixer upper opportunity to drive as is with repairs or a great candidate for a vintage restauration old..school defender.
