We are pleased to offer this 1984 Land Rover 110 Beach Runner, which has been extensively restored and customized by Rhode Island based Higher Ground Rovers.

This Beach Runner shows off Classic Land Rover style while blending in modern updates to create a unique 110. A new Galvanized chassis is the starting point with a complete new suspension and a rebuilt 200tdi engine. We began the conversion to LHD by rebuilding the front axle and swivel balls. We mounted new brake calipers and rotors to refresh the stopping power. As we build trucks to last, stainless steel brake lines, with stainless steel fittings, and stainless steel hoses were mounted.

The Body All body panels removed and stripped of all paint. We decided to discard all the doors and hinges and go with new pieces. We then repainted the individual pieces in Land Rover Keswick Green (LRC799) and then reassembled. We chose to keep the body cappings original in their galvanized finish, keeping the Classic Land Rover look.

An upgraded td5 dash gives the interior an updated, modern look not found on trucks of this era. The center console holds a single din Jenson VX3016 radio (AM/FM/Bluetooth/DVD/Apple/Android/Apple CarePlay, SiriusXM) that has a retractable double din touch screen, offering a backup camera was added for safety.
