Car description

This 1992 Jeep Wrangler is a Renegade model that is finished in white over gray cloth upholstery and shows 63k miles. A 4.0L inline-six powers the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and Command-Trac 4WD system. A 3″ lift kit has been added, and a hardtop, soft top, and bikini top are included along with both full size and half doors. The vehicle was acquired by the seller in 2016 and has since been driven about 2,500 miles. Service during that time included installing a new ignition system, battery, steering stabilizer shock, and drive belts. This YJ is now offered aspart of the Davis Collectionwith manufacturer’s literature, service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name. This Wrangler was ordered with the Renegade Decor Group, a $5k option that added flared bodywork with integrated fog lights, front and rear plastic bumperettes, and exterior graphics, among other features. A previous owner customized the truck with black windshield hinges, door hinges, front grille insert, and fog light surrounds. The factory hardtop is shown above and features a rear window defroster. The bikini top is pictured below, and the soft top and full-height doors are shown in the gallery.

15×8″ alloy wheels were also part of the Renegade package and wear 31″ General Grabber AT2 tires on this Jeep. A 3″ lift has been fitted using Skyjacker shocks all around, and a Rancho steering stabilizer has also been added. A spare wheel with a factory-sized tire is mounted out back.

The dash contains a 7k-rpm tachometer and 100-mph speedometer, along with gauges for monitoring fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and charging. Just over 63k miles are shown on the six-digit odometer, approximately 2,500 of which were added by the the seller. The horn is not functional, and a set of aftermarket rubber floor mats has been fitted.

The fuel-injected 4.0L AMC inline-six is paired with a five-speed manual gearbox and produced 180 horsepower and 220 lb-ft of torque when new. The seller reports that service performed since he acquired the vehicle included the following:

  • Drive belts and idler pulley replaced
  • Battery replaced
  • Front steering stabilizer shock replaced
  • Alignment
  • Oil change
  • Rear track bar and bearing replaced
  • Ignition system replaced
  • Fluids changed
  • Emergency brake replaced
Owner’s manuals, two sets of keys, and service records since 2016 are included in the sale.
