This car has been parked in an Illinois garage for three years until recently we pulled it out into the light of day for the first time in a whileThis car is a restoration project that does runit retains its original numbers matching engine and transmissionThe car was owned by the same gentleman for many years and it was driven often and even said to have a small amount of racing history!
This is a very good basis to a restoration being that the body and floors have minimal work to be done.The drop floors look to have been replaced, these are easily re-done.The structure of the car is very good.The bonnet alignment is off but not due to an accident, rather the inner structure of the bonnet is coming un glued in a few areas.Both front subframes look straight, and the picture frame retains its original chassis stamp.
The interior is pretty well original and shows signs of wear consistent with the age.Gauge faces are clear, and dash pad is in good shape.The spare tire is present along with knock off hammer. This area has no rust whatsoever as well.
