1963 Jaguar Roadster Project

This 1963 Jaguar XKE Roadster is a disassembled project. The previous owner began this project, which included a conversion to a Tremec 5-speed, new convertible top with new wooden parts, and rebuilt instrumentation. SLR Restorations rebuilt the rear suspension and brakes, and a Jaguar aluminum bonnet was sourced for the project. A 4.2L Jaguar inline-six with triple carburetor manifold is included. I've bought the car in its present condition in 2017. The previous owner has fitted patch panels in several locations on the body. A new, unfinished Jaguar lightweight aluminum bonnet is included with the sale. The interior has been removed from the car, though the removed seats, console, and interior panels have been retained. A new top and top bows are also included. The dash and gauges have been refurbished. Correct early style switchgear is present. The rear suspension was rebuilt by SLR restorations. The previous owner states that the car was running and driving prior to disassembly. A triple carburetor manifold with carburetors is included with the sale. All the trim is present.
