Car description

1964 International C-1200 3/4 ton 4x4
This is a pretty clean and solid IHC cornbinder pickup. It has a utility body that was put on when it was new. 20K original miles. The truck came from a large ranch tool/repair rig for farm equipment. It wasn't driven much. I have all the keys for the doors. I have used the truck around my place to keep my tools in etc. The body doesn't leak. I have more pics I can send. Thanks and happy bidding. Feel free to ask questions.

BODY
The body is very dry and solid. The truck came from high desert country. The drivers front fender has rust. It is very fixable. That's the only rust. There are a couple dings on the body and utility bed. You can see everything in the pics. The top hinge on the drivers door needs work. I think it's just loose. It closes but should be fixed. The other doors and hood operated fine. The frame and undercarriage have no rust-through or deterioration. The door glass is cracked. They are easy to replace. The lights, heater, heater selector, turn signals, and all gauges work.

MECHANICAL
This rig has the 304 V8 and 4-speed. The truck runs ok. It needs the carb adjusted. It runs smooth. No ticks or knocks. No water in the oil or oil in the water. This has the standard 4-speed manual transmission. It works great and the clutch does too. The transfer case works fine and operates as it should. The motor does smoke a little. It's not bad and not always noticeable. It does not have blowby. Maybe it needs new valve guides or seals? I'm not sure. I put a new needle/seat in the carb and the float level may need adjusted a little still. It has new spark plugs and a new master cylinder/clutch cylinder. This needs tires but would be fine on a farm or something. They are old bias ply's I believe so new tires would be good. I have a set of custom made 16x8 wheels for this bolt pattern. They are pretty cool and are not the split style. I'll sell them for extra if your interested. This truck didn't smoke last year. This spring it wasn't running right. The carb was flooding. I got that fixed and then noticed it was smoking. I would put some miles on it and I think it will clear up some at least. Not sure though.
INTERIOR
The seat is in good condition. There is no headliner but it used to have a factory panelboard style. Seat is comfortable. The dash isn't cutup. It's radio delete. It's real basic, clean, and in good shape.
Sold as-is.
