ULTRA Low Mileage Time Capsule from California

Looking for that carefree, ready to hit the road vehicle for this coming Spring? Look no more...I'm selling my '94 Civic LX, with 1.5 lt, 4 sp Automatic, cruise, PW, PL, PM, AND.... ONLY 62781 miles.
I bought the car 2 1/2 years ago on eBay, becoming the 3rd registered owner. Named Hazel by the original lady owner, Hazel was inherited to her son when she passed. The son had $1800 of preventative work performed in 2012 INCLUDING timing belt/water pump. Mileage at that time was just 51,322. Sadly her son passed soon after, and the car became available here on eBay.
I had the vehicle shipped from dry desert Cali (see picture), and have driven it an average of 3,000/yr for 2 1/2 years.To date, I've had the entire brake system rebuilt, 4 Mich Defenders mounted, new radiator and hoses, and routine Mobil 1 with Wix filter changes. Hazel drives as a new 94 should. Transmission shifts crisp, stops straight, A/C cools COLD, and all works as it should. I have orig radio and hubcaps also. The Clear Coat is very strong, showing this car was a garaged vehicle while in Cali. The paint has been waxed 3 times a year with Mother's Carnuba, and interior is clean, almost as new, with no pets/odors/stains of concern. Headliner is tight and clean. I installed upgraded radio/speakers, and have original radio for car. I dressed the original "steelies" with stainless trim rings and Old Style Honda hubcap centers. I have the original hubcaps, that will come, as well as radio, with car. I applied Dynamat sound deadner to front doors and trunk floor. So you ask..why am I selling?I lost my wife just 2 months ago, and this was ''Our car''. I have decided that, rather than reliving memories we've had with Hazel, it's best for me to offer to someone that will take good care of her and make memories of their own.
