1978 GMC Short Box Half Ton Pickup Truck SWB Two Wheel Drive C10 K10

I am selling a very cool 1978 GMC Sierra short box half tonpickup truck. This truck is a two wheel drive that runs and drives well. The motor is a factory original straight six 250ci. This truck was once a three speed on the tree, owever the previous owner had changed the tranny to a 4 speed manual on the floor, nd changed the steering column as well. This truck is solid with veryminor rust. In fact, here is very little surface rust, nd all problem areas are pictured. The floors and rockers are solid and original. No body parts have been replaced. The truck has been lowered with drop spindles on the front, nd a lowering kit on the rear where the rear axle is on top of the springs rather than under. There are rubber bumpers in between the rear axle and frame of the truck to keep it from hitting metal on metal when going over a big bump in the road. Theshocks and spindles are new, nd dash pad has no cracks, nd the majority of the gauges work. The lights work as well except for the right rear blinker. The truckhas power steering, nd non power brakes. Thewindshield has a crack down the center, o it will need to be replaced. The plastic over the gauges was very cloudy, o they were removed. The dash is missing the ash tray, he radio, nd the panel near the heater. No aftermarket cuts have been put into the dash. On the bedsides, here are small holes where a camper was mounted, nd the seat has a tear. Overall, his is a great truck that one can restore while they drive and enjoy it.
