I just bought the car. and before I started to do what needs done. I thought I would offer it as a pretty easy project to that person that really doesn't have the $30. 00 to invest. but really has always wanted a Mustang Fastback. It drives straight down the road with no shakes or pull. The front end parts are all nice. tight and inline. The interior is black. There are no cracks in the dash. The door panels are original. and really nice. The console has 2 holes that need speakers installed. The carpet is in good shape. The seats are like new. The windows roll up and down properly. The interior smells like an old car. but an interior scent from Maguiers will make it much better. The weather stripping on the doors and trunk show wear. but there are new rubber seals included with the car. The doors. hood and trunk all open and shut with ease. The Body is straight. the lines are OK. but could use some adjusting. The front fenders have been replaced and show no rust. The drivers door has some rust and can either be repaired or replaced. The passenger door is showing some bubbles. but can easily be repaired. The left quarter shows a little bubbling. but the right quarter is really nice. The frame rails look good. the torque boxes need replaced or repaired. The floor has been patched. The car has the Grabber Green paint that shines pretty well. It could be buffed and will look great! You will just have to decide how far you want to go to make it really nice. It only takes money you know! With not much work. you will turn heads anywhere you go!The chrome is respectable and straight. The Matching Number 302 runs strong. It starts easily first time. every time! There are no major oil leaks that will drip on your garage floor. The dual exhaust has no leaks. and the sound will command respect!The car is an original 4 speed. but has been replaced with a C6. The pedals are still there. so switching it back to a 4 speed will be easy. We are located 20 miles South of Lincoln Nebraska. and 60 miles Southwest of Omaha.
