Car description

Unique History of this Bronco:This exact Bronco was prepared by Ford for Bill Stroppe and Associates in 1975 to become one of the last Baja Broncos ever produced. The Baja Bronco is by far the most desired early Bronco that was ever produced. In November of 1975 Bill Stroppe and Ford canceled their agreement and Ford was left with roughly 50 Broncos that had had been prepped and painted to meet the Bill Stroppe specifications or “Stroppe Prepped”. There are only 33 of these Bronco’s known to still exist. They can be identified by the Special DSO 763000 Code. These Broncos were distributed to Golden Motors Ford in Golden, Colorado. They were then labeled as “Denver Broncos” as the Stroppe colors matched with the colors of the Denver Bronco’s football team. Although this Bronco never made it to actually become a Baja Bronco the unique history still makes this a rare Bronco to own and fun to know if you like to know the history of antique vehicles. There is a registry online for the owners of these unique Denver Broncos. There are currently only 32 Denver Bronco’s registered. This Bronco would be number 33.Where this Bronco spent it’s life:This Bronco was built in Detroit, shipped to Colorado then the original owner moved to California in the 80’s where is spent the majority of its life.
