1928 Ford Model "A" Roadster
Custom Built by Norm Francis of Norm Francis Street Rods

Chassis: Custom TCI Reproduction frame, 103 inch length, front axle is a super bell I-Beam, TCI reversed eye spring with Teflon treatment between the leaves. Shocks and four bar are from the Duece factor, while spindles,rotors and hubs are all Super Bell with VW Type II calipers. The Rear end is a Corvette with JFZ calipers, Alden Aluminum coil-over shocks, and a quick cover on the housing. Twin Saddle tanks hold 20 gallons of fuel. Running boards are made from stainless steel.
Engine: 302-375 HP cubic inch Ford small block. Edelbrock performer RPM Aluminum cylinder heads and intake manifold. Demon 750 4 barrel Carb. <Mallory Distributor and coil. Jacobs wiring. Competition cams camshaft and valve train. Pete Jackson noisy gear drive. Cobra air cleaner, valve covers and oil pan. Walker Radiator cooling both engine and transmission. March pully set-up.
Drivetrain: Ford C-4 Tranmission w shift kit. TCI deep sump aluminum transmission pan. Rearend is a 1987 Corvette with 3.50:1 ratio. Polished aluminum driveshaft with half shafts. Mustang II steering.
Wheels: Boyds custom Vintage Series, 15x4.5 Front, 15x7 Rear. Michelin Tires, 145 x15 front, 275 x 15 rear.
Body: 1928 Ford Roadster Poli-Form Fiberglass. Cowl section filled and door hinges reversed. Curved windshield glass. Color is Ferrari Red enamel sprayed over the body & frame. Lighting is by Deitz.
Interior: Stewart-Warner Stage II gauges. Le Carra Leather wrapped tilt steering wheel. Gibbons Removable top.
