1975 Ford Torino Base Hardtop 2-Door 5.8L Starsky and Hutch clone

STARSKY & HUTCH REPICA TORINO. The TV show Starsky and Hutch produced between 1975 and 1979. made this eye catching Torino with it's large white vector stripes on both sides become one of the most popular TV cars of all time. Nicknamed the "Striped Tomato" by the TV character Hutch this car under the radio call sign "Zebra Three" was known for tearing around the streets of fictional "Bay City. California" all in the name of justice. This car was made to replicate that car. right down to the 14" slotted mags on the front and the 15" slotted mags on the back. The car also has the dash mounted police light perfect for when you're chasing bad guys around town. This "Striped Tomato" runs and drives great. a real head turner. This is your chance to own a piece of TV history. This is a fun Driver. There is some minor pitting on the door handles. around the tail lights and the side mirrors. As well as some minor rust above the drivers door. the passenger grip rail and to the left of the trunk. Pictures included. Miles are EXEMPT. Odo shows 45. 87. but I am sure that it has rolled over. We purchased this vehicle at a classic car auction. We are unsure of the history on it. but it runs and drives great! It has been painted to be a Starsky and Hutch Clone. The front seats (which were usually a bench) are now buckets. The front bucket seats are vinyl and the back seat is cloth. both black. PICK UP ONLY.
