Car description

I have up on auction a 1963 1/2 Ford. This car was built in the 70'S as the custom you see here. Was painted a pearl white with a long red fur interior. The fur was glued to the door panels, dash, floor, headliner and seats. There is remnants of it on the bottom of the glove box. That was sort of a thing back then. There is still glue residue on everything. Seats have been replaced. Front seat was mounted so there is more leg room for tall people. Headliner has a split in the middle and should be replaced. 289 V8 that runs very good. I've has it running around here for over a half hour at a time and doesn't get warm. Been converted to a 4 speed (original 3 speed on column) Clutch works good. Body had rust that was repaired at the time of build. Bottoms of quarters and floors. They did a decent job. Trunk floor has some rust. Last owner pop riveted tin over the rust in about 1995. There's a couple pictures to see the repair. Most of the trunk floor is very solid. Bottom side of rockers is solid. Frame is solid. Years ago last owner put the Ford into the satin black that is on it now. He did the door jambs at that time also. He had his own body shop and it looks like he did a very good job. When I got the car last year it had been sitting for a few years. When I got it home I put a battery in it poured a little gas down the carb and it fired right up. It needs a complete tune-up, possible carb rebuild (2 barrel) Brakes work sort of, they should be completely gone through. I put the tires and wheels on it (missing 1 center cap) Doors and trunk have electric switches to open them. trunk works but doors wires are unhooked so not working. Reach through vent window to open doors. Antennas are frenched in behind drivers door. Antennas need replaced. Tail lights are frenched in also. All glass is good. Windows roll up and down. Title is clear but somewhere years ago in it's life DMV put a 4 in where the 2 should of been. So now title sez it's a 4 door. I can send a picture of the title and VIN on the car so you can see they match. Look at the 24 pictures I've included then ask questions. Please have your funds in order before bidding. I want the Ford paid for in 7 days. It can sit in my building until you can arrange transport. This car needs to be trailered, it will not drive home. Just making sure you understand that as I want everyone happy with there purchase. Thanks for looking and bidding on our old Ford. Car can sit in building until you can arrange transport:
