1957 ford fairlaine 500 skyliner retractable

Car has titl, title has been filled out in multiple peoples names and has never been register in anyones, i also have the bill of sale where my dad purchased the car. Car starts and idles great could use carb work for it to idle perfect .Headlight blinkers and horn work, top does move up and down but doesnt open up any higher than 2 inches..
