Up for auction is an incredibly well preserved 1994 Ford F250 XLT Extended Cab 4x4 with the legendary 7.3 Powerstroke Turbo Diesel engine. Thisparticular F250 is a very late 1994 model, alsoknown as a 1994.5,which came factoryequipped with the 7.3 Powerstroke instead of the 7.3 IDI engine. This truck is in all original, unmolested condition and shows very well. This F250 is equipped with almost everyfactory option available for the year including power windows, power locks, A/C, cruise control and tilt wheel. All of the power options are in working order.
The interior of this F250 is in excellentcondition with very few signs of wear. The dash is free of anymajorcracking in the dash pad orplastic pieces and has not faded or become discolored from the sun. All of the gauges work and are in excellent condition. Thecarpets are also in excellentconditionwithout any tears or extensive wear. The front seats are in greatshape aside from a bit of wear in the fabric on the seat bottoms as pictured. The rear seat is like new. An aftermarket Sony stereohead unit withUSB connectivity has been installed, but no modifications were made to the dash toaccommodate it.
The exterior of this truck showsincredibly well.The paint does not have any major fading orpeeling and has a very deep shine. The truck does have a few small nicks and chips in the paint in various places as to be expected for a vehicle of this age,including one larger scrape at the top of the tailgatewhich has been touched up, but no major blemishes otherwise. The body isextremely straight and both doors, the hood and tailgate open and close like a new car. The bodygaps are all very even andsymmetrical. This F250 is free of any major body damage or dents, but does have a few small dings here and there. The bed is verystraight aside from normal wear and has a B&W flip up gooseneck hitch installed. The undercarriage of this truck is very clean and solid with only minorsurface rust on the frame and suspension components. All of the factory spot welds appear to be perfect throughout the entire truck as well.
This truck runs and drives as well as it looks. The 7.3 Turbo Diesel V8 is very healthy and hasplenty of torque. With just 155,190 miles, this 7.3 has tons of life left in it. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch engages as it should. The transfer caseengagesin allpositions. The electronic dual tank switch works as it should. The truck isfitted with 265/70R17 Mastercraft Courser LTR tires in like new condition on black 17" 8 hole wheels. The original owner's manual remains with the truck. This is a very nice example of the iconic 90s Ford Powerstroke truck and is offered at a low reserve price.
