Car description

This is my personal truck. It has been very well-built as you will read below. I am keeping my engine and transmission, and selling the truck as a non-op roller. Currently set up for a 429 Cobra Jet engine and C6 automatic transmission in it (again, selling w/o engine and trans). Bolt in your own 429/460 and C6. OR, you can bolt in a 351C, 351/400M, and C6. Lots of options available. Transfer case stays in the truck for you.
Factory Short Bed 4x4, Ranger XLT fancy trim. The truck looks great, but is not perfect... has dings, dents, scratches, etc. As you can see, it still looks very good if you are a classic 4x4 guy.
There is rust in the bed, as well as holes from a previous roll bar or something similar. I have a rubber floor mat that covers all that up, and the bed is more than solid. The truck has 4" polished aluminum rocker trim which I have never removed... assume there is some rust somewhere behind that. This is a truck that you enjoy basically as-is... it's a time-machine 80's classic Monster Truck.
Paint still shines well, has classic 70's/80's pinstriping done waaaaay back by a local guru, Spider. Wheels are classic 15" x 10" aluminum slots, Open Country tires have lots of tread left. Great 4" + suspension spring lift, ladder bars, axles rotated and spring pads done, 9" Nodular rear end, big 1-ton drivelines shortened and built. Front power disc brakes, power steering. B&M floor shifter. Full in-cab roll cage, cool bucket/bench seat, sunroof, stereo (in but no speakers). Heater, lights, wipers, signals, etc. work. This truck was my Redneck weekend warrior.
Grill surround not perfect, cracked but complete front grills, A small bend in the lower corner of the front fender. Nothing that jumps out, and the overall look of the truck is well-balanced and classic. Again, not a perfect truck, but a truck you can have a GREAT time in with your own 385-series big block and C6 automatic.
Clear title in hand. NO WARRANTY implied or specified; sold exactly as-is.
