Car description

Up for sale is my beautiful 1972 Glassic Roadster. It is a company built replica of a 1931 Ford Roadster. Not a Kit-Car. Other than Shay, Glassic used sturdier fiberglass and instead of a 4 cylinder and powerful Ford 302 V8, C4 automatic transmission and 8" rear axle. Axles, brakes, etc. is all Ford. The car is super light and has plenty of power (210HP). It's really fun to drive and easy to maintain. More or less a 1972 Mustang with a Model A body. It has a rumble seat and fits 4 people (4x lap belt, family friendly). It has much more legroom than a real 31 Ford. I am 6 Ft 2 "and can sit comfortably in the car. I bought the car in August 2017 and spent a lot of money and even more time to make it a reliable and powerful driver .I drive it with 80-85mph down the highway and it rides like on rails. Perfectly straight even when you take your hands from the steering wheel. I added a brake booster and it stops on a dime now. Starts right up, runs fine and has a great sound. I detailed the engine bay and added vintage Ansen valve covers. You can drive with the full hood, only the upper part or completely w/o (see pictures). New within the last year: Tires, Brakes, Carb rebuilt, sparkplugs, taillights, all fluids, U-joints, steering damper, MC, brake booster, steering wheel, battery, brake hoses and a lot more. This little Hot Rod is in great condition and turnkey. I have all the original part (wheels, air cleaner, steering wheel, valve covers etc.,), It still has the original paint. Convertible top is in great condition.

The car is registered and I have a clean NJ title in hand. It is titled as a 1972 Glassic. Hagerty Insurance is only around $100. I bought the car from the first owner. They used it only for Christmas parades. Check out this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZ5qvqnDeE4
