Car description

Here is a 1990 Ford F350 7.3 idi RWD Dually,I do not know much of the history as I traded for it from a guy who bought it at a local auction as-is not running. that guy didn't have time to repair it so i was able to trade with him for it. My reasoning to get it was for the flatbed that was originally on it, I moved the flatbed to my truck and put the bed from mine on it. It was a 12' flatbed and you can see the approximately 2' of space between the 8' bed and the cab (because the truck frame is a crew cab frame with a standard cab mounted on it). After the bed swap was done and I thought about selling this truck I looked into why it wouldn't run and it turned out to be the key cylinder was not activating the ignition. Once I replaced that i was able to go through some other immediate issues to get it running well, here is a list of the items I replaced about 3 years ago:
-Key cylinder-fuel hoses and caps on top of engine-filler neck hoses-glow plugs-tach sensor-transmission rear seal

The last 2 years my friend (the person who owns the truck) has used it for his closet installation job and he is done with that now and doesn't need a truck any longer.Keeping in mind that this is an older work truck but the laundry list that I put together is:
-fuel level gauge doesn't work-radio is missing-an oil leak that I would label as "medium" (it is coming from the oil cooler which is a fairly simple fix with a 4 o-ring kit from Motocraft or aftermarket if you wish) nothing to keep you from driving as long as you keep a quart with you.-The steering gearbox is covered in a lot of grease/grime and it is moist with steering fluid but the level is not noticeably dropping and i haven't seen it drip on the ground.-all tires are holding air and we have driven on them for the last 3 years but I highly suggest replacement!
The mileage is unknown since it is a five digit odometer (?46916), hoping that the car report can shed some light on if it is 100K 200K or 300K. My guess is 246,916.
Everything is as it is in the photographs with one exception, the taillights, they will be installed and present at the time of purchase.
