Car description

BECAUSE LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO DRIVE A BORING CAR. THE CLASSIC CAR GALLERY 3266 POST RD SOUTHPORT, CT 06890 203-446-3477 1969 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE “Excellent drive quality car, original 302 cid car, new top, very nice “ VIN 9F03F214504 The car on offer is a very nice 1969 Ford Mustang Convertible. The car is being sold as an excellent “driver” quality car. We have very little information regarding the build on the car, but it is self evident that the car has been... painted, the interior restored and the engine compartment well detailed. The car is solid, with original floors and original quarter panels. The black convertible top is newer and in excellent condition, the electric top works as it should. The frame and undersides are in nice condition and the floors are solid. The car is in “driver quality” condition, and runs and drives well. The car has been painted Black with gold pin-stripes (originally Meadowlark Yellow) and the paint is in nice condition and shows well. The black vinyl interior is in very nice condition, as it the black dash top. The F-code 302 cid engine seems to have been rebuilt and currently breaths through a correct original type 2-barrel carb. The engine runs well, and puts out good power and torque. The C-4 AUTOMATIC transmission shifts well, and works as it should. The suspension is well sorted, and the car runs straight and true. The exhaust system is in nice condition. The black ELECTRIC convertible top is in good condition, and the power top mechanism works as it should. The power brakes (disc in front, drums in rear) stop the car with authority and the pads, rotors and drums are all in excellent condition. The wheels are excellent, and the tires have plenty of tread. The Mileage shows 918; we believe it to be 100,918 but do not know for sure and we sell the car True mileage unknown. The glass and all chrome trim is in excellent condition. The car runs and drives well and would be a proud addition to any local “cruise night”. Bid with confidence, as this car needs nothing except a proud new owner. Please feel free to call us at 203-446-3477 or email if we can answer any of your questions.
