1967 Mustang V8 289 C Code. Old salvage. urrent registation in my name with rebuilt 289. Engine has been rebuilt. new ground crank. bottom bearings. cam bearings. new rings. lifters. push rods. rocker arms. eads were in good shape valves were hand lapped etc. new Edelbrock Performer intake. Holley Double pumper. Water Pump. Oil Pump. Ceramic Headers. Flame Thrower Distributor. New fuel tank and mechanical pump. Transmission has upgrades. valve body and shifter kit. Motor needs break in and distributor hook up. This is a great project car for someone that either wants to tear all down do it completly right or fix up to drive now. There's some imperfections in the way the body guys did the body work. which here again you could either strip it all down or go with it. Rims ( all original) have been all striped down wire wheeled. painted and all hold air. Has front disc brakes a very good kit. The floor pans are in decent shape but have some soft spots. they could be saved without major surgery. Grill in great shape. but trim and body part around drivers side headlight suffered some recent damage. Door bear claw latches need some attention as they stick. trunk and hood needs someone who can aline correctly. all glass in good shape. front windshgeild has a 1/4 rock hit. All windows roll up except rear passenger wing won't roll down and I wont force it. I have some original parts. air cleaner. intake. valve covers. Dress up parts on engine cost me $1800. through Summit. Need to arrange pick up. does not run. Standard $500. 00/ 48 hour deposit required.
