Car description

Up for auction is a 1966 Mustang Convertible in its rare factory color combination Z code paint with 68 code Ivy gold & white Luxury interior. Vehicle is believed to have 56,012 original miles. Trim tag 76B Z 68 02E 53 6 6

Vehicle is equipped with a 289 4 barrel carburetor, automatic transmission, dual exhaust, power steering, power front disc brakes, air conditioning, power top, pony interior, steel styled wheels. Vehicle was just repainted base coat clear coat in its rare Z paint code (Medium Sage Metallic) color.

The motor was rebuilt a few years ago and it only has about 1,000 miles on the rebuilt motor. The motor was upgraded from a 2 barrel carburetor to a four barrel intake and carburetor at that time. Vehicle runs and drives extremely well and it can be driven any distance with confidence. All optional equipment and gauges work properly.

Body and undercarriage is very clean and soild. The body panels are straight and the body gaps fit extremely well. The moldings and chrome are in extremely nice overall condition.

The interior is in beautiful condition. The rug, seat belts and door panels were just replaced when the vehicle was painted.

The top was replaced a few years ago and is in excellent condition.

This is a beautiful color combination. The car looks great in pictures but it looks even better in person!!

This is a unmolested Mustang that is in beautiful condition!
