It starts. stops. and drives extremely well. with tons of power. It has a fully built Ford 351 Windsor V8 matted to a C6 automatic transmission. Gear selection is made with a Lokar tall shifter on the floor. Big Holley 2 Brrl. carburetor with 11" Chrome Edelbrock air cleaner. great on gas. New Petronix pointless ignition. 40k Hot coil and solenoid and starter. 12V wiring harness with 80 amp alternator and New battery. Modern Serpentine belt keeps everything moving. Dual exhaust that exit the rear of the bed. Sound awesome! New water pump. Rebuilt F100 radiator with fresh fluids keeps this Hot Rod running Cool. The all Steel body and Bed is straight and solid overall (see Pics). Original 1951 three tooth Ford Commercial Grill and F1 hood stainless flows seamlessly with the body lines. This truck started its life here in California as a F-2 long bed and was used by Caltrans in the foothills of the Gold Country and was ordered in the fleet Orange. It has been shot a couple of differnt shades over the years and recently gone over and distressed with brushed and rubbed Orange Lacquer for a Glossy Fauxtina look. Late 51 Cab with a Short 1/2 ton 1954 Bed. Working tailgate with hidden bed latches and Honey Oak Ply-wood. This Hot rod has newer glass windshield and back window. the passenger side window is cracked however it doesnt effect its functioning. both windows roll up and down. Both doors that open and shut. Functioning cowl vent. Chrome Front and rear bumpers. The windshield wipers havent been converted to 12v and do not work. This Pick-up would be perfect for business/shop advertisement. The interior Bench Seat was completly rebuilt and done in Ox blood Old School 3" Pleated Naugahyde. very comfortable and durable for all weather (see pics). Black carpet and shift boot. Vintage Chevy Deluxe 15" steering wheel mated to a Hot Rod GM column. Stewart Warner & Autometer Gauges. and Pabst Beer Can radio delete completes the dash. Cleaned gas tank with new line. The new 12V headlights and tail lights work. The frame has been shortened to fit the trucks proportions. 1974 Camaro Clip with power disc breaks. a newer build with all new pluming and wiring. built to look old and to fit the period correct look. A lowered ride with a spring under 10 bolt Chevy rear end with hydraulic drum brakes in the rear. Power steering box. New stainless universal steering joints and rod. Hot rod under floor power brake master cylinder with remote reservoir. The open drive line has a new drive shaft. G78 15" Bias-Ply tires in the front and back on 5 on 4 3/4 Gennie rims. with 1950 Ford Shoebox Caps. This Truck has many new and upgraded parts. Lots of accessories and kustom pieces.
