Car description

Original 1969 ford mustang mach 1. WAS a 390. C6 automatic. 9" rear 3:00:1 open. black jade exterior. and black interior non fold down. It is still titled as this. Car was painted red which needs to be redone. new white interior put in. shaker hood ( ford hood 1970 style ). shaker. rebuilt standard bore 428 super cobra jet engine ( minus heat shield and smog ). bellhousing. big in big out toploader 4 speed. speedometer adapter. 9" rear N case with 3:91:1 traction lock. converted to staggered shocks in rear. oil cooler and lines/adapter. all stock except for centerforce clutch. Has shaker trim ring. shaker with repro snorkle. Carls Fords reissue carb that has correct casting numbers but no date stamped in. orrect intake. heads. later finned valve covers ( end of 69 ). has pertronix in the distributor with dual diaphram. water pump. clutch and fan. lock. carter fuel pump. pulleys. hatchet. lemans rods. scj dampner. longer timing pointer. etc. After market ford radiator ( has transmission line fittings ). exhaust manifolds. correct bellhousing and linkage. Everyhting has hours on it . no miles. all rebuilt drivetrain. New front and rear brakes ( power disc/drums ). New front and rear suspension. 428 sway bar. rear leafs. staggered shocks. welded in staggered shock panel. New exhaust ( has passenger side donut leak but will try to get that soon. goes away after heated up ). power steering ( has a leaky hose but I have a new one ). 31 spline axles. Has original shifter. New gas tank. All the original air conditioning is in the car minus the condenser/hoses/compressor and brackets. All the dash stuff and firewall/heater box is intact. Has working tach dash. no speedo hooked up. console. am radio. tinted glass. non fold down seat. Chromed styled steel wheels. Hood has some minor bondo at the nose. original body. floors. doors. orque boxes. frame rails. etc. Had a 1969 nos quarter put on the drivers side ( sticker still on car ). passenger side was a nos 1970 quarter ( scoop was cut in and side light welded. nicely done ). trunk drop offs were done when quarters were put on. I swapped trunk lids due to a spoiler delete by me. Original trunk lid. Had rear window louvres. Has 2 small pencil eraser sized holes at tail light panel ( ? ). Body is rust free. Doors open and shut beautifully. If I was going to keep it I would paint it this red again and throw bumpers on it and drive it !I would be open to offers as a roller as well. I would remove the hood/trim ring. shaker. engine. oil cooler set up. bell housing. transmission. driveshaft. rear. staggered plates ( obviously leaving in staggered rear shock panel in trunk ). I would put a plain rear in. Make reasonable offer. I could swap a 390/C6/Open 9" back in. I have a correct C9ZE engine and trans. just not original to this car. I have the engine from air cleaner to fan. fan to engine plate. I have a 9" open 3:00:1 rear. 28 spline. drum to drum. just not original to this car. I would do a stock rebuild/detail and put it all in. Not included in this auction.
