Car description

This is a amazing find! For your consideration, we are offering a one owner, special ordered car that has remained in this San Fernando Valley all it's life. It was ordered by the father brand new and only driven for about five years before he passed away. He spent his career as a salesman and wanted something very nice to drive and fully equipped.
This car features a 289 V8 with four barrel carburetor, automatic transmission, Air Conditioning, bucket seats, console, power steering, remote mirror. This is what is referred to as aSURVIVOR CAR. Hasless than 62,000 original miles! Runs fantastic! We have the original pinkslip from 1967/68, original keys and has the original California black and yellow plates. Currently on a non operation status. THIS IS A ONE YEAR ONLY BODY STYLE, ONLY 13,685 PRODUCED.
This is how the car was explained to us and why some of the exterior trim is missing. They were thinking of painting it and the shop lost or stole the trims. So we have spent time buying up trim, emblems, moldings and putting them back on. You can find any of the missing trims on eBay or local wrecking yards.
Since we have owned it, we have installed a new original fuel pump, changed oil and filter, air filter, blew out gas lines, put correct reproduction radiator cap, power steering cap, air conditioning tag, washer bag cap, remote mirror, rear view mirror, antenna. Has new tires with white walls. We put wire hub capson it instead of plain caps figuring that's how it might have come new.
This car has the weathered original blue paint and you can either put a new paint job or clear coat over this one and save it. There is no cancer, just surface rust where paint has worn off. This is a straight body, no signs of accidents. Under trunk mat you can see the blue paint from factory. Has what appears to be the original spare tire with double white racing lines . Exterior and interior lights work, horn works, turn signals work. Dash lights do not. We have not charged the air conditioner but it turns on and blows hard. Needs bleeding of the brakes, pedal is kind of hard. Has a tear on drivers seat, headliner is falling, dash pad is cracked.
For a 50 year plus car, it's in great condition!
A must see in person to appreciate this hard to find, low mile car. Pictures don't do it justice. Doors shut tight, body lines are straight, very hard to find in this condition. Great for the first time buyer who wants an inexpensive car they can finish.
WE ONLY ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING PAYMENTS LISTED, PREFER CASH IN PERSON. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND COME SEE THIS IN PERSON, DRIVE IT IF YOU WANT. NOTHING IS BEING MISREPRESENTED ON THIS CAR. PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AT 805-587-6762 ASK FOR MIKE
