Car description

Up for sale is my1991 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible. It has an AOD automatic transmission and Vortech Supercharger. Car is in good condition for being almost 25 years old, nd is a nice clean Fox Mustang. I bought it approx. 8 years ago and it was 100% stock at that point, o I've put all of the modifications listed below on it since owning. Overall the paint is in pretty good shape and cleans up nicely, ut it does have some imperfections such as bubbling paint on the front of the hood (pictures), ome chipped paint, nd what looks like a small amount of filler on the rear lower valence near the exhaust pipe. The previous owner said it was original paint but I have a feeling that's not the case, nd believe it was re-sprayed at some point. I'd consider the exterior to be a 7.5/10.There is no rust on the car, nd the underside is very clean. (It hasn't seen rain or snow since I've owned it) The interior is in great shape as well and doesn't have any rips in the seats. I'd consider the interior to be an 8/10. The top works well, as no tears, nd is good condition. The car was tuned by Frank Soldridge when he was at PSI Motorsports and runs very well, s very fast when you want it to be, nd has no leaks.Further information regarding the car is outlined below. 1991 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX Convertible - Automatic 108,000 Miles White Exterior with Red interior Engine/Exhaust: Stock Block and Heads GT40 Tubular Intake 65mm Throttle Body C&L Mass Air Meter 24 pound Ford Racing Injectors Vortech V1-SC Supercharger -- puts out about 7lbs of boost Custom Tune/Chipped by Frank Soldridge Ran 13.2 at 106.5mph (100% street trim and tires) New Battery Ford Racing Radiator BBK Shorty Headers UPR X Pipe with cats Magnaflow Catback A/F Ratio and Boost gauges on pillar Transmission: TCI AOD Streetfighter Transmission -- was rebuilt about 500 miles ago with Alto Red Clutches to handle approx. 500hp SPT-1 Silverfox Valvebody -- stage 2 Edge -- Mild Street converter with 2300 stall High Rev Governor 24,000 GVWB Trans Cooler Suspension/Wheels/Other: Ford Racing Springs Tokico Blue Shocks and Struts UPR Caster Camber plates (I have a set of Maximum Motorsports 3 bolt caster camber plates as well that will come with the car) Cobra R wheels with Nitto 555tires that havegood tread 373 Gears Weld in subframe connectors Concerns: - Does have AC but it's not blowing cold air. It may need to either be recharged or converted to R-134. - The passenger side UPR Caster/Camber plate makes clicking noises over larger bumps. I've looked into this and sounds like a common issue with UPR's plates, nd is potentially due to a bad bushing. I've been driving it like this for awhile and besides the noise it hasn't posed an issue. I purchased a new set of Maximum Motorsports C/C plates to replace the UPR's but haven't had time to put them on. If you're looking for a quite Cadillac type cruiser I'm not sure this would be a great car for you. The reason I say that is because it's a 25 year old convertible so it does suffer from some shakes and rattles over bumpy roads, specially since it's lowered. The supercharger can also be a little noisy as well. Some may say it makes all the right noises, hile others may not. Depends on what you like. I take it to work on nice days, hich is a 75 mile round trip, nd it does fine, ven instop and go traffic. Please only serious inquiries.
