Car description

This is the 3rd owner on this car since new and is numbers matching.Purchased 5 / 89 by current owner. 117181 was odometer reading.Original color was Wimbledon White changed to TahoeTurquoisein early 90's by current owner. Old paint was completely sanded off. High quality paint job.Has a dimple on passenger rear quarter panel and a dent in the roof from a stereo speaker falling on it. ( Wanted to kill myself when it happened ).Some interior items were replaced (seats, arpets, oor panels) at the same time car was painted. Photos of the repaint and interior upgrade were taken and available.Original carb and intake were upgraded in early 2015 to a dual plane intake with a 4 bbl carb. ( Holley 1850-3). Original 2bbl carb and intake will be included in sale.Currently has Cragers and 4 new tires purchased 6 / 2015. Original steel rims and hubcaps ( wire spoke caps ) which were an option upgrade for that year will be included in sale. The headliner needs to be stretched but has no rips or tears. I believe it wasn't properly installed when interior was done. There are scratches from use on interior panels but no major cracks or pieces missing.Car is garage kept. ObviouslyThere are no suspension upgrades and it still stops on all 4 drum brakes. No power steering. Transmission and rear differential are in good working order and were serviced in early 2015.Ignition was upgraded to pointless system along with new plugs and wires in early 2015.Engine was rebuilt by previous owner in late 1980's. Pistons are stamped 030 on the top.I took the heads off to check for bore wear, aper etc. and found less than .001 taper and .0015 out of round on each cylinder. So i assume the rebuild was legitimate.I broke a bolt on the head when doing the intake so heads had to come off and go to machine shop anyway.Compression was between 160 - 170 on all cylinders when heads went back on.There are more photos than the 24 allowed ( ie. close ups of panels, oors etc.)Any questions or to make an appointment to see the car call or text 215-520-6701 Rick.
