2 1991 foxbody mustangs

I have 2 1991 mustangs both with clear title. They come as a pair, hey where both 4 cylinder cars from the factory the gray car was converted with a kit before i got it so every thing should bolt straight to the other car. The plan was to make a good car out of the 2 of them. The Gray parts car (has a salvage title) has the 5.0 motor and the Auto Transmission still in it. The Auto is the AOD with over drive. Both cars are set up for an auto. its still in the gray car. but is very rusty and has had some poor body work done to it. The red car has no motor or transmission but has little to no rust and is all the original paint and interior. The dash is inside the red car in pieces, he rear end in the red car has a brand new set of 4.10 gears with a perfect launch cover. I moved the 8.8 over to the red car with no problems I also moved the the quad shocks The motor ran awesome when parked, drove it every day before i decided to start the project. But now I have to many projects and they need to go.
