Car description

1975 Ferrari 308GT4 Dino

Every once in a while we come across a car like this. It was pampered and coddled then put away and forgotten for many years. The owner parked this car one day in his garage, disconnected the battery, put a car cover over her and did nothing else. This car's original paint is in very nice shape, its leather interior is near perfect. . Dashboard looks great and gauges are functioning properly. Leather interior is in excellent shape, very small wear marks on drivers side.

The architecture of this car's 3.0 liter lightweight cast alloy V-8 engine with its 5 main bearing, flat plane crankshaft is shared with other Ferraris of this era. It is equipped with 4 Weber 40 DCNF downdraft carbs and 5-speed manual gearbox.

Known History: Car was purchased by its current owner, driven very sparingly (perhaps only once) and then parked in his garage. Mileage on Virginia title is 40,896 and is listed as ACTUAL. Mileage on odometer is 41,178. Title is clear.

Pirelli tires appear in good shape and show very little wear. Wheels near perfect.

We received the car from the customer a few months back and performed a full service, including the critical and expensive timing belt renewal.

Other recent repairs performed:

Fluid serviced, change engine oil and filters.

Cleaned and tuned carbs.

Replaced all drive belts.

Replaced original exhaust system with stainless euro spec system.

Replaced steering rack.

Full brake service performed. New brake calipers and hoses.

Car starts and drives beautifully. Shifts beautifully. Gearbox syncros are perfect (even 1st to 2nd gear synco)

Known issues:

A/C currently inoperable. System is complete, all critical components present.

Old Cassette tape playing radio not hooked up.

Drivers side electric window operable but slow.

As you can see from the photos the car was recently detailed and is in beautiful shape. Original paint is not perfect but still looks fabulous.
