Car description

Only 628 convertible R/Ts built total, rare car! To find one that is #s matching, with these great factory colors and factory a/c is extremely rare. Has original fender tag with the options and codes that match the car.
EXTERIOR: Factory bright red car. I think the body is exceptionally clean. The metal appears to be rust free. Has original 1/4 panels, bottom of doors have clean edge. The body panels fit really well. Older paint that has held up great. Has a glossy finish. Upfront the bumper is bright and shiny, the grill looks to be in good original condition. Has the original antenna, door handles and trim. In back the bumper has been rechromed, tail lights panel is exceptionally nice. Magnum 500 wheels look original, in good shape. Has some 15 inch BFGoodrich. The white power convertible top is in excellent shape.
INTERIOR: The factory white interior really pops against the exterior. The seats have been reupholstered the carpets have been replaced. Everything else appears to be in good unbused condition. It does have a factory center console and bucket seats.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Correct numbers correct for 440-375 hp Magnum motor. The codes, dates and stamps are correct. Has rare factory air conditioning along with very desirable power steering and power brakes. Everything looks proper. All the components are hooked up properly. The engine bay has good clean solid original metal painted red. The original fender tag is still in place.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Looks to be original clean metal. I dont see any splices in the 1/4s. Some of the paint is original red, some has been touched up. Has a new mat.
UNDERSIDE: The underside is not freshly detailed but wow is it solid. The floors look like they have spotless original metal painted red. Frame rails, rockers and the lower inner 1/4s are clean metal. Bottom of the motor is clean. We located the casting date and codes, they are correct for this car. Has a high torque starter. 727 Torqueflite trans is clean. It looks like it had a rotisserie restoration years ago. It was apart when the floors were painted red because there is no red on the components. The rear end has assembly line marking. All the components look proper. Has a great sounding Flowmaster exhaust system.
