Was told that this is 1 of 8 Chargers made exactly as this low optioned 400 engine / 4 speed.Originally a 400 4 speed, a 1971 440 magnum was installed in 2014 when drive train was rebuilt.
I bought this car recently already rebuilt and as you see it here, so I can answer inquiries only on what the person I got car from told me.Car has always been stored in garage and not driven much for the last 20 years.I have original build sheet (a bit worn, but I have it)
Entire drive train, front end rebuilt in 2014 with approx. 2000 miles since completed.
Entire front end components rebuilt in 2014, everything, including linkage, bushings, power brakes added (originally drum brakes), ball joints, steering, etc...etc...All of it!Aluminum radiator with added electric cooling fan.
Rebuilt steering box in 2014.
TTI 2.5" exhaust and tips new in 2014.
Original Dodge "Doe skin" paint in 2014.
New vinyl top in 2014.Quick Fuel Black Diamond Q Series Carburetor.
Mileage is estimate.
Basically everything was done to this car and was completed in 2014, car has approx. 2000 miles on it since.Beautiful and complete car!
Wanna see it, call / text 219-228-0580Need more info or photos let me know, I have a lot more.
For sale locally and will end auction at my discretion. Sold as is, where is, with no warranty of any type.
Please, if considering making an offer on this Charger remember that NADA values this car in this condition at 29,520.00 and Hagerty values it around 25K. Those values were with the original 400 motor in this car, so knock a couple grand off because this has a different motor in it, at the asking number here you are already getting a deal that's below market value. Thank you.
