Car description

JMJLHello. /p> Up for sale is my 1973 240Z. I have had it about a year. Purchased in rough shape. Have sourced parts and completed the car to its entirety to the best of my abilities. This is a daily driver. 15 miles one way to work and 15 miles back. It is driven for work purposes 3-4 times a week. Car was on a Z Club run last fall to Taos. Round trip was over 300+ miles. Car ran and performed great. Lights have been upgraded to HID. which make a big difference. Carbs are a tuned and functional set of round top SU's. Flat top is what came stock. and some point prior to my purchase someone backdated these. Running car with air cleaner off. nbsp; but cleaner is with the car and will go with the sale. I have come across another 73. a new project. nbsp; this is the reason for the sale. I ahave also upgraded the radiator. nbsp; and the t stat is 160 degree. nbsp; setting up car for auto cross competition. Next things I was going to upgrade were the suspension and the interior. Interior is in acceptable shape. nbsp; but the suspension is still original stock suspension. Car also needs bushings. nbsp; and usual door seals. There is a small rust hole on the passenger side of the car. I have some flashing down right now. nbsp; new owner will need to cut out and patch an area about the size of a dollar bill folded in half. I have changed tubs before. nbsp; this is a small spot. There is not any visible rust in the usual places behind doors. nbsp; on hatch ledge. nbsp; or under battery tray. This is a great little car ready for the next step in the restoration process. I have set a reasonable reserve. and hope to see the restoration project on this fun little car continue. Upon winning bid. 500 depoit is required within 24hrs of closing bid. Car is for sale locally. so I reserve the right to end auction at anytime. Again. this is a 42 year old car. New owner accepts full responsibility for condition. nbsp; and vehicle is sold as is. I will hold car for up to 4 days after auction. After 4 days storage fees of $45. 00 per day will be applied. Please ask questions. All questions I will have re posted to this listing. I will have a link to a you tube video by this Wednesday. Please look for that link. Thanks for looking. happy ebaying!
