1972 Nissan 240Z Base 2.4L

I just bought this 240z from a man who bought it in 1987 to restore with his son. One had the 240z and the other had 260z. (The 260z is being auctioned on another auction. ) The 240 was running well when he started to restore them. Haven't tried to start it so don't know if it runs. I think all the parts are there. see pictures. I did not find any rust holes. just surface rust. The car has a/c. good glass. nice wheels. but needs to be restored.
