Car description

INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS BUYERS WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ME AT (76O) 8O5-8038 WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR TO BUY IT NOW! This is a beautiful head turning classic 1948 Chrysler Windsor Traveler Convertible that will draw a HUGE crowd everywhere you take it. It is a real convertible! You see a 1957 Chevy, a 1932 Ford, a Hemi Mopar, or a 1950 Mercury at every show. All of those are incredible cars but when was the last time you saw one of these? The car itself is a very low production unit from the factory and I doubt if you will see another custom like it anywhere. It has been built to be driven and enjoyed. It has a 350 cubic inch small block Chevy V-8 with an automatic transmission, power rack and pinion steering, power brakes, big aluminum radiator, electric fan, air conditioning, and power top. It runs and drives very well. It is smooth and strong. It sounds awesome through the custom sidepipe exhaust. The sidepipes look cool and everybody loves them. It is a California/Arizona car with an excellent body. The floorboards and frame are solid. The car is nice and straight. The paint looks very nice but does have some paint chips and imperfections from being driven. The chrome and stainless look good for a driver but do have some pitting. This is a driver, NOT A PERFECTLY RESTORED SHOW CAR! Dummy spotlights. The interior is excellent. It has retained all of the 1940s cool while still being functional. The stock style upholstery is nice. Stock style dash, steering wheel, shifter on the column, window cranks, etc. The windows roll up and down easily. The burgundy power top is in good condition. The rear window is still clear. It works well and functions with the push of a button inside. Clean, clear title in hand with current tags. Like I said, it is not perfect so please be realistic with your expectations but I do not think you will find anything better for the money. This car will sell this first time advertised! This is a great deal for a cool vintage Classic. My dog Johnny Cash would not be included in the deal for all of the money in the world. Inspections are encouraged. I am located in Solana Beach, California in North County Coastal San Diego.

I can help with transportation either getting it loaded on a truck or assisting you however I can at the buyer's expense.
