1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Door Hardtop (California frame?)

This is a rusty cheverolet belair 2 dr. hardtop. i dont know much about it i bought a couplecarsfrom an guy in alabama and he was using it for parts. its pretty rusty no drive train no interior parts only no tilte. He told me it has a california frame? still has vin number in door jamb but data tag on firewall is missing. as is. where is. some stainless trim is still on car. see photos. located in Jay Fl.
