1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 2 Door Sedan

This beautiful 1939 Master Deluxe is a restored original. matching numbers two-door sedan. The original 216 CID in-line 6 cylinder engine has been rebuilt. It has a 3-speed manual transmission with column shift. original transmission and rear-end with sealed drive shaft. I recently replaced the front knee-action shocks and bushings in the anti-sway bar. The car also still has its original 6-volt electrical system with generator and regulator. I have a new 6-volt alternator that will go with the car. but haven’t installed it. The car was repainted to its original exterior color. The interior was completely redone and color changed from the original beige to a beautiful bluish-gray that compliments the exterior color fantastically. This car has the rare town-and-country dual horn system. Although the horns are not currently wired up. they have been disassembled. cleaned and operate perfectly. The car also still has its original 6-volt electrical system. I know just about the full history of this car. My great grandfather bought it second-hand in 1949 and it’s stayed with the family ever since. My grandfather performed a body-off-frame restoration in 1989-1990. The odometer reads a little less than 63. 00 miles and it’s only been driven three to four thousand miles since it was restored. I recently moved the car to Texas from the family farm in Kansas where it was stored inside and occasionally driven in local parades and shows.
