1964 Chevy Pickup with short wide bed and big back window

For Sale: 1964 Chevrolet C-10 short bed Fleetside with large rear window. This truck has been my daily driver for the last seven years. It has a 1969 Chevy 350 motor that I rebuilt about five years ago. It has an Edelbrock carb. camshaft. and lifters; ram horn exhaust manifolds. dual exhaust. and Flowmaster mufflers. The Accel HEI distributor. alternator and radiator are new. Heads are 1969 Chevy 1. 94 milled to 2. 02. A freshly-rebuilt 700 R-4 Automatic transmission and a B&M Quicksilver console shifter were installed in fall 2014. It got a brand new driveshaft last week. The Vintage Air Gen 4 heat/air conditioning unit was installed last fall. too. It has VDO electronic gauges with 15. 00 on the odometer. a tilt/telescoping steering column with quality Borgeson steering joints. power windows. a plastic fuel tank under the bed behind the rear end; power leather seats; and modern 3-point seat belts with reinforced mounts. It also features a complete Centech wiring harness. The truck has a complete front suspension/steering/disc brakes from a 1978 Chevy C-10. The crossmember. steering gearbox and control arms were sandblasted and painted; all other brake parts. including pads. rotors. calipers. master cylinder. booster. proportioning valve and all hoses and brake lines were replaced brand new. All suspension and steering parts. including tie rods. bearings. ball joints. bushings. and front and rear coil springs were replaced brand new. The front end was aligned in fall 2014. The custom front-flip hood was modified from a 1990 Buick setup and solves that annoying Chevy problem where the back side of the hood rides higher than the cowl. Works great and looks cool!Rust repair needs completion. Floorboards. rocker panels and front end are done. The passenger door. bottom cab corners. rear fender wells and tailgate need attention.
