1961 Chevrolet Covair 700

1961 Chevrolet Covair 700-67,700 original miles-Turbo-air 6 cyl engine with power glide automatic transmission-Pretty solid straight body. Some minimalrust in areas.-Excellent condition for a 59 year old car.-Garage kept-Clean Title-Original owner passed way several years ago.-We can only tell you what we know;-We know that the engine was running fine.-We know he pulled the starter motor to send it out for rebuild-but, was never sent out before he became ill. Starter is in a box.-We can not find the key to the trunk anywhere. We believe the missing air cleaner housing for the right side carburetor may be in there. Who knows what other treasures one may find in there. We do have the ignition keys.-The knob for the glove box is missing-may be in trunk also, but we just don't know. Perhaps trunk key was with the glove box lock?-We do know the owner was meticulous about maintenance and if anything needed repair, he was on it.-Comes with an owner's manual as well as a shop manual.-Some basic reconditioning, and this could be a daily driver, or, an excellent candidate for a complete restoration.-Will need to be trailered.-Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.-Located in Burney, CA
