THIS IS A 100% ORIGINAL 99% NCRS 1ST PLACE SHOW CAR ( HAVE ALL DOC'S ), 7000 MILE TRAILER QUEEN, 2ND TO NONE, AND BEYOND RARE. IT IS 'JUICED' WITH THE CC2 HARDTOP, 6 SPEED, FX3 SUSPENSION, UJ6 LOW TIRE PRESSURE, AND HAVE EVERY BOOK, PIECE OF PAPER, TOOL, ETC. THAT CAME WITH WHEN NEW.
ONLY 498 40th CC2 HARDTOPS WERE BUILT. GIVEN THE FACT THAT THIS A 6 SPD. / FX3 MODEL, THAT NUMBER IS FAR LESS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY RELIABLE SOURCES THERE WERE UNDER 100 PRODUCED, BUT I HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT. IT IS HIGHLY CONCEIVABLE.
These 40th's were all built with the following special options: Ruby red paint, Ruby 40th embossed leather, 40th badging on hood, Ruby center caps, Sport seats, Bose CD, and it was the 1st year for the PKE ( passive keyless entry ). As stated above, the hardtop - $1995, FX3 suspension - $1695, and UJ6 low tire pressure - $325, were all extras that most did not have.

Theoriginal Ruby Red metallic finishsparkles as new. The moldings, hardtop, convertible roof, window glass,lettering, rubber seals, and all other exterior featuresare in new condition. The sawblade wheelsare sparkle cleanand the original Goodyears GSC tires have near new tread. Always serviced with OEM parts and immaculately maintained.

On the inside, the Ruby Red interior is showroom clean and still smells new The door panels,dash, carpet, center console,and displays etc. areimmaculate.All of the interior buttons / switches ( power windows, door locks, antenna, PKE entry, cruiseandlumbar sport seats) work withoutissue. TheBose stereo CD / Cass. plays perfect. The undercarriage is as spotless too.

Mechanically, it starts, idles and drivesas ababied carshould. All of the servicing is up to date - super colda/c, belts, hoses, fluids all changed/ maintained at the proper intervals, The engine compartmentisshow clean and it performson all levels.
