This is a unique opportunity to purchase an extremely low mileage 1978 Chevrolet Corvette 25th Silver Anniversary Edition from a private collection. This Corvette is likely one of the lowest mileage third-generation Corvettes for sale today.
This vehicle is inoperable. The vehicle has sat virtually untouched since 1992. This vehicle was ordered from Bill Dean Chevrolet in Conway, Arkansas on November 11, 1977 for the current owner's father for his 50th birthday. The vehicle arrived to the dealership on August 14, 1978 with 4.8 miles on it. It was then trailered to the father's property as a surprise birthday gift. A few years later, the car was driven to a new property purchased by the father and the car has not left the shop since. As hand-written records show, the car received a full wax on August 14, 1978 upon delivery. Three days later on August 17, 1978, the father washed and waxed the car again. On March 15, 1992, the oil and filter were changed. From that time on, the car was maintained lightly, but never moved.
The car has not been touched in about five years and is inoperable today. As you will see from the pictures, the car was not dealer prepped. It still has the factory protective plastic and cardboard installed. Everything is 100% original and like it came from the factory. The car still has the original tires and the original battery. It does have power steering, power brakes, power windows, and factory air conditioning. All documentation will come with the car.

This vehicle is located near Vilonia, Arkansas which is approximately 30 minutes from Little Rock, Arkansas. As a buyer, you are responsible for inspection of the vehicle. I have done my best to represent the vehicle to its fullest. I have sold several classic vehicles, sight unseen, across makes and models, to various states without issues. With that said, this vehicle has no warranty, written nor implied. Allsales are final.
Shipping is at the expense of the buyer. I will work with your shipping company to ensure a timely pickup. I will provide you with pictures of the vehicle as it leaves my possession.
