1940 Chevrolet Special Deluxe Sport Coupe ALL ORIGINAL "barn find"... This car has been in storage since 1981 when it drove there for the last time. Great shape for its age. Has 216ci I6 1bbl carburetor column shift 3 speed manual transmission, car has only 51019 original miles. Starts and runs, although there is no gas tank or battery. Car has little rust and a few minor dings here and there, and will need some TLC to be road worthy. Lights, heater and Even the radio turns on!!! VIN # KA117910. The Automotive History Preservation Society online has some good literature about these cars. Bought it from an older gentleman who owned it 90% of the car's life. Did find registrations from many years ago from California.
