Car description

Up for sale is my 1979 Chevy Cheyenne C-10 Pickup truck. The truck is a nice clean unmolested two owner survivor with 65,000 Original miles. the truck is a one family owned from new until I purchased it the beginning of this year. it has new GM 350 crate motor with 2,000 miles on it and still under warranty, the transmission has been rebuilt and has very low miles. it also has new radiator, battery, water, pump, fuel pump, belts, hoses, complete new brake system, tires etc. etc. there are receipts of close to $7,000.00 spent in the last few years. The truck will not pass California smog test because the smog pump and EGR. valve was removed years ago. the it was bought new in Palm Springs California, the camper was installed when new and has never been off. The paint is 99.9% original and 99.9% rust free as seen in pictures. it has a few very minor scratches and 5 or 6 very minor dings but overall very straight body.the bed has had minimal use and very good condition please refer to pictures. the interior is excellent condition with new seat upholstery and carpet kit. it has power steering and power disc brakes and Air conditioning that blows cold, all gauges, lights, wipers, heater, AM radio all work as they should., the reason the motor was replaced was because the radiator cap was left off after checking coolant level(VERY COSTLY MISTAKE)and the transmission had a leak so it was also rebuilt. The motor is a 350 cu.in. four barrel with a turbo 350 transmission. rear end gears are 3.07. the truck runs and drives like it did in 1979, very smooth and quiet and extremely tight feeling going down the road. it cruises 75-80 mph with ease The truck will come with a clear Oregon title and registration is good until April 2020 and all the original paperwork and receipts as seen in the pictures.(AS I SAID EARLIER IN DESCRIPTION IT WILL NOT PASS CALIFORNIA SMOG INSPECTION) 1975 and older cars are exempt in California. For any further info please call 949-429-5382. If you have zero feedback you must contact me before you bid. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ZERO FEEDBACK BIDS. The shipping is up to the buyer but I will do all I can on my end to make sure its loaded safe and sound.

On Sep-29-19 at 12:31:47 PDT, seller added the following information:

The buyer will have to sign a notarized document stating the vehicle is sold "where as" and "as is", with no warranty expressed or implied. The buyer understands this truck is being sold out of California smog compliance and the Buyer assumes ALL responsibility relating to all costs/fees/repairs needed to pass California Smog. I believe this would only be a concern for a buyer from California.
