1988 Chevrolet Camao IROC Z

Hello there...
I have a 1988 IROC Z for your consideration today...If you have been looking to jump back into the awesome 80's...here's your chance! These IROCs are slated to be the next big collectible in Camaros...already increasing in value...and getting harder to find.I acquired this from a fellow who inherited it from his uncle...couldn't afford the insurance...so he just let it sit.
This will be an easy restoration...and a lot of fun!
This car has 149k miles....has the 305 TPI with automatic trans. I found out after buying it...that the transmission is missing 3rd and 4th gear.....I bought a kit for the transmission...BUT IT STILL NEEDS TO BE REBUILT...I am including the rebuild kit in the auction!
This car is very straight...AND HAS ZERO RUST! The paint is good...but it is fading on the hood....top...and deck lid...I'm not sure if it will buff out...I would guess not...but I'm not a paint expert.
The color is original Medium Orange Metallic.
The car runs very well...I've been trying to put fresh gas in it....as it has sat for a few years...i'm very impressed with how the car handles....brakes work great....transmission shifts into reverse and 1st and 2nd as it should. Has a lot of power still.
This has electric windows...drivers seat...electric trunk release...electric rear hatch....tilt, cruise...A/C..(which I haven't tried yet....my guess is it would need a charge).
T-tops do not leak. The car has aftermarket Eagle alloy wheels and good tires. Car is original minus the wheels and an aftermarket stereo. The t-top bags are still with the car.
Everything seems to work as it should...lights...blinkers....horn...etc.
I have not detailed the car....I have washed the exterior...needs some cleanup inside and under the hood.
I am also including a drivers door hinge repair kit....as it sags a bit like most Camaros do!
It is missing the keys....I am including a new ignition switch and keys....someone will have to pull a door lock and have new keys cut...not a big deal.
