Only 103 miles on a no expense spared restoration for the owner of Brodix performance engine manufacturer. From his private collection. Total off frame, every nut and bolt restoration to factory specs. #s match motor, trans and rear. EXTERIOR: It never looked this good when it was new. I'm telling you that the fit and finishes on this car are outstanding. Repainted it's original Rallye green color. The body is laser straight, the panels fit real nice. The paint is... laid out and polished smooth and glossy. You can't even feel the stripes. Every single piece of trim is replaced- bumpers, emblems, marker lights, mirror, handles, taillights, gas cap etc. All the stainless trim is new and polished like chrome. 15 inch Rally wheels have new trim and reproduction Wide Oval tires. (The owner preferred 67 center caps). The Rally Sport included the hidden headlights, they do function properly. Front and rear windows are new. Weatherstrips, window seals and sill plates are new. Jambs are painted real slick. INTERIOR: Completely restored like brand new inside. Really, every single piece looks new. Cushions in the seats are new so the new upholstery fits tight. New door panels, armrests, window cranks etc. New headliner fits tight as a drum, matching visors. New mirror, dome light works. Rear deck area is pristine. The dash area glistens. The metal is glass finish black. Every chrome bezel, knob etc sparkles. All new factory gauges. Has tachometer in dash and console gauges. Everything works including the clock and low fuel light. Am-Fm radio plays clearly, the key buzzer even works. The correct seat belts are brand new. Has correct Muncie shifter. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Has it's numbers matching legendary 302 motor. Under the hood is highly restored and detailed to factory specs. Has the correct GM aluminum high rise intake, big dual feed Holley carb, correct exhaust manifolds with the heat shields around the spark plugs. Has the correct GM hoses clamps, deep groove pulleys so the belts don't fly off at high RPMs. Has correct double bracket for alternator. Spring clamp battery cables, correct valve covers and air cleaner. It also features power steering and power brakes. It's still spotless. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The metal is flawless, the gray and white spatter finish paint was sprayed from a gun. Has a new mat, the spare is a matching reproduction Wide Oval tire on a restored rally rim. Has complete jack assembly. Even a tail light housings, the wiring, insulation behind the seat is all new. The trunk jamb and bottom of the trunk lid is painted as glossy as the car. UNDERSIDE: It is completely restored back to brand new condition under this car. All the components are rebuilt or replaced. New bushings, shocks, springs, balljoints etc. Has all new brakes, discs in front. Has the complete e-brake assembly, new lines. Bottom of the motor is still spotless. It has the VIN number matched Muncie 4-speed trans, new clutch, linkage etc. Has the correct coded 4.10 posi rear end. New correct exhaust system with the transverse muffler. Has a distinctive Z sound. New fuel tank, sending unit, lines. There's no rust under this car. All clean, smooth metal painted satin black. Even among all the other highly restored cars we have, this one impresses me very much. The more you look, the more you will like. I am also impressed that it functions as good as it looks.
