Car description

This is a really nice old survivor. You just don't find many with all the options and bucket seats and floor shifter like this one. The interior is about as good as it can be - check out the dash! The seats show little to no wear and the door panels are near perfect. The carpets are very good and the blue floor mats are about 20 years old. All the glass is perfect and the rubber shows very little aging. Doors and windows all fit good with no air/water leaks. This vehicle has been garaged all its life and there is no rust anywhere - underside is real clean too. The paint is a little faded from over rubbing and there are a few dings and nicks (it's not a trailer queen). The bed floor has been repainted years ago and still shows a few dings, but still very nice. The original antenna is bent a little and is probably the worse detail on the body. The tailgate has a couple small dents that can easily be removed. A couple of the chrome/aluminum trim pieces are dinged and show a little age - most are very good. One of the original rally wheels has minor damage (shown), but is easily repaired. The miles are original (yes they are) and it drives out really well. The steering wheel is really nice (no cracks) and all the gauges work. The cruise works great and the car drives straight down the road and brakes the same. The original radio was replaced decades ago, but I have a restored factory unit that is ready to be installed. The fuel system has been upgraded to a 4 barrel carb and dual exhausts were added. It runs and sounds good. The original rear air-bag system even works. Add a little air (behind the gas filler door) and the back raises up as it should - not many still work. This old Elcamino is about as good as it gets for original and could be driven anywhere. It always gets attention at the cruise nights, or when driven locally. It's not a show car, just a cool old piece that can be enjoyed daily, or kept for history. It would make a great restro-mod, but the interior is way too nice to mess with and the body doesn't need much.
The reserve is very reasonable and far less than the 'retail stores' - and this one is much nicer. Clear history with Indiana title. Please call me for additional details 317.413.6890.
I've bought and sold on eBay (and on the street) and don't need any help selling this one - it will sell itself. Thanks for looking.....
