Car description

1974 Corvette T-Top Coupe. 454 LS4 Big Block. TH400 Auto; LAST YEAR OF THE BIG BLOCK CORVETTE!!! LAST YEAR TRUE DUAL EXHAUST AND NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER! THE FIRST YEAR FOR THE SOFT FRONT TOGETHER WITH THE SOFT REAR BUMPERS! •Original Block and Transmission (#'s match);•Power Steering. Power Brakes. Power Windows. AC Optioned Car (AC needs Compressor)•Engine fresh rebuilt (2014. block and heads assembled by motor shop - have receipt);•Transmission rebuilt (2014. local shop - have receipt);•Quadrajet Carberator Professionally Rebuild (2014. by Lars Grimsrud @ Musclecar Restoration. Parts. and Service)•Solid frame (some mild surface rust underneath per norm. Birdcage Solid)•Headlights pop-up with no problems;•Nose and Tail in great shape;•Original White Car. now Gunmetal Grey paint with clearcoat - condition is "10 footer" (it looks great from 10 feet. laws upon close inspection);•Original Black interior (good shape. no rips/tears in carpet. seats or dash);•All gauges good (except for clock); working knob cassette radio;•Motor still in break-in period; This car is very lightly touched and a great example of what an original car should be. Some of the notable 'touch' points are that the car does have Long Tube Headers and the headers are Dynocoated for cooler underhood temps and overall protection protection - the original iron intake is also coated with the same Dynocoat. With the rebuild. the motor shop installed a Mild Cam and Flat Top Pistons to add "pep to her step". They also rebuilt the heads to spec and put everything together as a Long Block prior to installation. This car was purchased last year for $15k from a vette lover that was forced to sell and more than a few thousand dollars have been invested already to bring this beauty to the condition it is now. I do have many of the recent receipts reflecting brake. engine. and transmission rebuild/work that I will include with the car for your documentation purposes. This car is currently wearing Antique tags and drivable - I currently drive it on nice days to the office and/or cruises to the park or meets. This car is a great very original car that still has things to work on. but can now be driven and enjoyed as you do so. If you really have the time and dollars to invest this can easily become and all original full restoration worth $30k or better!
