1939 chevy sedan

I have a 39 chevy that needs a good home. The car is complete minus front spindles and drums for the front end. I don't have a title for this car so it will be sold with a bill of sale. The interior is there and the engine along with all other parts including bumpers. Roof has the worst rust of the whole car due to sitting under a tarp for many years.
