1969 Corvette, Big Block, Auto Trans, factory Air car

For sale, 1969 Chevrolet Corvette. We have owned this car for about a year and a half. The paint is a newer black paint, and shines nice. The interior is also black and as you can see from the photo's, the seats and door panels are in very good condition.

The car has a 72-78 454 big block as indicated by the block numbers. Roller rockers can be seen with the oil fillcap removed. I was told upon purchase the car also has a roller cam. The engine has a very nice subtle lope at idle and runs very strong. The transmission is a TH400. The rear end is a late 69, which does correlate with the vin. The hood is a 427 hood, unknown if this is an original hood.

The tires and wheels are very nice and still have a lot of life left to them. The car has a very nice exhaust system with an x-pipe. The chrome is in very good shape.

The frame on the car also appears to be in great shape, the crossmember is free of large dents and the underside remains mostly original.

The interior appears to have a few gauges that do not function, the tac and speedo work. I have the original radio and antenna in a box and they will go with the car when it is sold as part of the final price. The condition of speakers in the car is unknown.

Here is a list of what I know needs work....First is the headlights, as with many of these vacuum operated lights, these do not pop up. Next is the wipers, The cowl does not move forward and I can visually see some of the vacuum lines have beencapped off.The air conditioning system appears to be all present but does not turn on. I assume it is low on charge, and may possibly have a leak. The antenna is not installed in the left quarter panel, but the factory hole is there.
