1969 Chevrolet C10 No Reserve!!

Barn Find!! Sort of. Up for auction is this Custom Chevy C-10 Pick-Up. Original Hot Rod Power Tour Founders Ride. This truck participated in the 95 or 96 original Power Tour then again in 1999. After suffering a transmission failure in the 99 Tour it was trailered home to Texas and the owner began his once again "Rebuild". Jim fell ill before he could continue and finish and sadly passed away not long ago. Unfortunately as a result most of the history is lost now. Here's what we know about the truck. In the first build in the late 80's - early 90's the truck was converted to a step side with a dually rear-end. Cab was chopped about 4"-6" inches. Interior refinished. Exterior louvered in many places. Then Jim drove it. As much as he could including the Power Tours. No engine or trans but the front end appears re-built with new bushings and ball joints etc. Looks like it was a 3 speed on the column but in process of converting it to an automatic. Includes hood, front fenders, radiator support and front cowling cover. Also included are an extra set of fenders,radiator support, and front cowl cover plus any other parts we can find that came from this truck. Many of the original fasteners are in the bed, bagged and tagged.This is an awesome chance to get a really unique truck that, aside from being dis-assembled is in overall great condition.Sold as is, as seen in the pictures. Absolutely a project vehicle requiring much technical skill to build and finish. Some parts may be missing but we will include as much of the identifiable original parts as possibleLocal pick up only. Cash only at pickup.
