1970 Chevy C10 Pickup truck 4x4

I bought this as you see it years ago as a run around while working on a house. House has been done a couple years and I do not need the truck so I am putting it up for sale. First it is a C10. It started its life as a 2 wheel drive truck. It was converted to a 4x4 in the 80s. It has 3/4 ton axels . 8 lug. In the past couple years I put new front springs and the rear drive shaft universals. It has a old gm crate motor that runs good. It is dirty but always starts. May smoke a little at start up after sittin, but runs clean after start up. Truck runs good, the trans has a shift kit and has always shifted hard from gear to gear. Everything works except the temp gauge. It has power steering and power brakes. It had all new factory brake lines . Exhaust from headers back is also new. It is very quiet. The truck will need universal joints at the left and right axels in the front rear. You can see they are worn out. And would need to be replaced before going 4 wheelin, at least at any speed. Or they will be noisy. I have left it in 2 wheel high all the years I have owned it. I know it has locking hubs. I have not used. They may need service or not. Lube etc. Never checked.
The body before I bought it was repaired. The cab mounts and rockers where replaced and or repaired and are rock solid. I looked and it is a really great job. I was told it also has new door hinge pins, door weather striping, window fuzzees. Inside has new carpet, sill plates, and factory seat cover. Inside was painted the factory blue. New marker lights, tail lights, bowtie. door handle, window cranks, arm rests. etc.
The rest of body, I would replace doors, fenders, bed, etc to be mint. The doors have been repaired and it is clear they have been repaired with puddy in them. Same for the lower rear bottoms of front fenders. The bed had patches and puddy inside and out, and you can see this was really used as a work truck before we all started to like to restore them.
My plan was to some day buy new fenders, doors and a new bed if I was to ever restore it. But it was just fine the way it is for me and gets attention any where it goes. I used it as the home depot run to. With out worry of scratches. There is rust under the battery on the front rad support and the inner fender well.
Even the heat work, but I drove it a couple days ago lol again to home depot and the fan made noise only on high a bit. Tailgate works fine.So with that all said. The truck would need a complete restoration on the out side to be a show truck. The inside is real nice. The vin matches the original door sticker, glove box sticker and the factory vin plate and my title. Always had NJ QQ plates, cheap to reg and insure.
Truck is a nice truck to drive as is and fix it up as you go. I have more into it than I am asking. But have used it for 5 or more years. Truck is sold in as is condition with no warrentee or guarantee expressed or implied. Payment will be cash on pickup. Or wire transfer if being shipped. Title will be filled out with new buyers name.
